By placing an order with BLACK BOX GRAPPLING CLUB, you agree to these terms.

All Sales Final

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds. If an item is incorrect or defective, email info@blackboxgrapplingclub.com within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund its price.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Liability

Products are sold “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts serving the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
